Authorities are asking the public to help locate 17-year-old Frank Forant.
Forant is a white male, 5'6", 128 pounds, blue eyes, and blonde/brown hair.
He has a tattoo of Celtic cross and shamrock on his upper right arm. Both of his ears are pierced and he usually wears a neck chain.
He was last heard from yesterday at 12:30 p.m.
He may be driving a 4 door white 1995 Honda Accord with a NJ license plate ZUY24H
