Police say the driver of a minivan plowed into a man on a bicycle and kept on going.
It happened along the 6900 block of Baltimore Pike near Church Lane in Upper Darby around 11:00 Thursday night.
The driver fled the scene but the vehicle with heavy front end damage was discovered just a little more than a mile from the original scene at Wycombe Avenue and Marshall Road in Upper Darby, near the border of East Lansdowne.
The man on the bicycle was killed in the collision.
Upper Darby Police say at least one person was taken into custody.
