Flames broke out in the Golden Nugget Tavern in the 400 block of New Freedom Road in Winslow Township around 5:00 a.m.
The fire quickly went to multiple alarms and it was brought under control about an hour later.
A preliminary investigation conducted by the Camden County Fire Marshal revealed that fire may have started accidentally in the kitchen area of the business.
The investigation is ongoing.
No injuries were reported.
