Heather Pico says someone took the wheelchair from her minivan on Saturday.
Pico's 10-year-old son, Dominic, has a rare genetic disorder.
Without the wheelchair, he is stuck in the house.
Pico doesn't have enough money to replace it.
The thieves also stole Pito's debit card, and withdrew all the money from her checking account.
The bank says it will take at least three weeks to get the money back into her account.
