It happened around 6:45 p.m. at the intersection of 5th and Godfrey streets.
Police say the woman was stuck by a Route K bus.
Rescue crews managed to lift the bus and free the 67-year-old woman from underneath.
She was rushed to Albert Einstein Medical Center for leg injuries. No word on her condition.
An investigation in ongoing.
The Route K bus runs from Ridge-Midvale to the Arrott Transportation Center.
