Nickolus Borgman has pleaded no contest to a third charge of driving under the influence.
A Lancaster County, Nebraska, deputy stopped Borgman's pickup last winter.
Authorities say the deputy found four naked people in the truck, while clothes and empty beer cans were in the back.
The three others were not charged.
Borgman faces up to five years in prison when he's sentenced on March 14th.
