Police say it was around 11:00 p.m. when the masked men broke into a home in the 2800 block of North 9th Street in North Philadelphia.
The suspects tied up 5 residents. One of the residents, identified by police as 36-year-old Roshan Sullivan, was shot multiple times and killed. The man's 6-year-old niece was among those tied up during the home invasion robbery.
Police say the suspects made off with cash and other items from the house.
