The wreck happened on Chapel Avenue near Russell Avenue around 3:45 p.m. Thursday.
Police on the scene say a Dodge Durango SUV collided with a Honda Odyssey minivan.
The view from the Action Cam showed the minivan at rest in a residential area, covered with a red tarp.
The two killed were pronounced dead at the scene.
The other two victims are being treated at Cooper University Medical Center.
