The blaze broke at around noon Monday in Monroe Township.
Firefighters arrived at a home in the 100 block of Ohio Avenue to find it engulfed in flames.
One man was airlifted to Temple University Hospital to be treated for burns.
There has been no word on his condition.
The trailer home was completely destroyed.
Investigators are working to determine what caused the fire.
