The shooting occurred at approximately 8:26 a.m. Thursday in the 1300 block of E. 23rd Street.
Police say they found shell casings in the parking lot of Ebenezer Baptist Church, but no victim.
About a half hour later, a male shooting victim arrived at Christina Hospital with gunshot wounds to the neck and left arm.
The victim is listed in stable condition.
