The fire broke out around 3:10 a.m. on the 1500 block of West Lehigh Avenue.
Crews arrived to find flames showing inside a 3-story middle row house.
The fire was placed under control within a half hour.
Officials say the house was vacant and there were no reports of injuries.
The Fire Marshal is on the scene to determine what sparked the blaze.
