It happened around 2:40 Thursday afternoon at the Sunoco station on the 300 block of West Broad Street.
There are no reports of injuries.
The view from Chopper 6 HD showed a large amount of snow on top of the fallen canopy.
Authorities have not officially said whether the weight of the snow was a factor in the collapse.
