It happened around 9:00 Monday evening on the 2600 block of Myrtlewood Street.
One person was hurt and taken to Temple University Hospital in stable condition.
Three people from a neighboring house were evacuated as a precaution. The Red Cross is assisting those residents.
No word what caused the collapse.
L&I crews arrived to the scene to investigate.
