The Press of Atlantic City reported the autopsy results for Kennedy Rios. He had been missing for nearly three months before high school crew teams practicing on the bay in Ventnor spotted his body late Friday afternoon.
The 21-year-old Ventnor man was last seen in the early morning hours Jan. 8, when he left a poker party at a friend's house. Friends say he walked out into single-digit temperatures without a jacket, gloves, hat or his cellphone.
