The crash happened at 9:30 a.m. at 22nd and the Ben Franklin Parkway.
Police say the Route 27 bus was travelling north on 22nd when it collided with a car.
The impact sent the car onto the sidewalk and into a traffic light pole.
A 21-year-old woman and a 25-year-old man were taken to Hahnemann Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
There was no immediate word on the cause of the crash.
