The Mighty Macs

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- As part of the World Meeting of Families Film Festival, the Kimmel Center for Performing Arts is showing inspirational movie.

Tuesday night it was The Mighty Macs.

The movie is based on the 1970's Immaculata College basketball team.

Against all odds the team from the small all girl's Catholic college in Chester county won the NCAA championship.

Tonight they rolled out the red carpet for members of the original team, along with the movie's director.
