LOWER SOUTHAMPTON, Pa. (WPVI) -- Police have identified the man who they say barricaded himself in a home in Bucks County early Wednesday.

Authorities say 64-year-old Edward Naumowicz is facing a list of charges after forcing a police standoff that lasted more than four hours.

The incident began at 3:30 a.m. Wednesday at a home on Somers Avenue near Brownsville Road in Lower Southampton Township.

Police say Naumowicz and another man, who were renting the property together, got into an argument that ended when Naumowicz threatened the other man.

That man called police, who told him to leave immediately.

Officers arrived at the home a short time later.
