SOUTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Authorities are investigating the discovery of a man's body in the Delaware River.
A boater spotted the body at 7:45 a.m. Friday off Pier 12 in South Philadelphia and notified police.
Officials say the discovery followed an earlier report of a body seen near Columbus Boulevard and Race Street.
