KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa. (WPVI) -- The Sears store at the King of Prussia Mall will be closing soon.
The retailer will lease out the lower level of the store to Primark, a leading fashion retailer in Europe.
Dick's Sporting Goods already occupies the upper level of the store.
That means there will no longer be a Sears retail store or auto center at the mall.
The change will take effect over the next 12 to 18 months.
The agreement with Primark includes seven stores. Sears will still have a presence at the six other stores.
