WEST NANTMEAL TWP., Pa. (WPVI) -- One person is dead after an accident on the Pennsylvania Turnpike in Chester County, Pennsylvania.
The accident happened Tuesday night on the westbound lanes near the Bulltown Road overpass in West Nantmeal Township.
According to state police, the driver lost control and struck the concrete median resulting in his truck igniting.
At last check officials were trying to determine if the integrity of the roadway was compromised due to the intense fire.
