2 arrested in Chester shooting

CHESTER, Pa. (WPVI) -- Two people are in custody after a man was shot in the head in Chester.

The shooting happened around 9:30 a.m. Sunday in an alley near Ginn's Bar at 2nd and Kerlin streets.

Action News is told the two suspects fled the scene but were taken into custody after a brief pursuit.

Police say they found shell casings and the weapon inside the suspect's SUV.

The victim was taken to the hospital.

There is no word on his condition.
