6 more arrests announced in local child predator sweep in Pa.

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The Pennsylvania Attorney General's office has announced 6 more arrests from a sweep of suspected child predators in our area.

The new arrests bring to 21 the total number of suspects arrested during the operation in Bucks, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties.

"I applaud the work of our Child Predator Section and all law enforcement agencies involved in this operation," said Attorney General Kathleen Kane in a written statement. "Every day, we are watching those who seek to exploit children and working to aggressively prosecute them."

Here is a list of the most recent arrests announced:

Hunter W. Gayden, 24, Philadelphia, is charged with 50 counts of possession of child pornography and one count each of distribution of child pornography and criminal use of a communication facility.

Arthur Kruger, 46, Philadelphia, is charged with two counts of distribution of child pornography, five counts of possession of child pornography and one count of criminal use of a communication facility.

Seth P. Martin, 33, Philadelphia, is charged with 50 counts of possession of child pornography and one count each of distribution of child pornography and criminal use of a communication facility.

James McIntyre, 50, Philadelphia, is charged with one count each of possession of child pornography and obscene material.

Jaram Ramos, 28, Philadelphia, is charged with 20 counts of possession of child pornography and one count each of distribution of child pornography and criminal use of a communication facility.

Howard Rubin, 41, Philadelphia, is charged with four counts of distribution of child pornography, 150 counts of possession of child pornography and one count of criminal use of a communication facility.

The operation took place over the past two-and-a-half weeks, led by the AG's Child Predator Unit.

It was part of an ongoing investigation into the online sharing of child pornography and online advertisements relating to the sexual exploitation of children, investigators said.

Action News was with the Attorney General Kathleen Kane and the Child Predator Unit during a raid on the 5100 block of Bingham Street in the Feltonville section of Philadelphia.

Agents could be heard saying "Step out! Step out now!" as they smashed through a door.

Those agents said they'd been watching a resident allegedly downloading child pornography over the past two weeks.

"This means to a lot of people in the area, 'You have child predators living among you, and these people are a danger to children - whether they are depicted in video or living in the neighborhood," said Attorney General Kathleen Kane.

After the raid, Jarim Perez was arrested and charged.

"He had 25 files containing child pornography, depicting a little girl anywhere from five to eight years old," Kane said.

Ryan Garner is also among the accused. The AG's office says the 35-year-old cinematographer for Animal Planet was arrested outside a Delaware County restaurant where he thought he was meeting a mother and her 8-year-old child.

"He suspected he was going to meet the mother to buy the child for sex," said Supervisory Special Agent Gordon Goodrow.

"We are watching, we will find you and we will arrest you and you will go to jail, exactly where they should be," said Kane.

The arrests announced earlier are:

Casey James Boone , 28, Montgomery County, is charged with one count of distribution of child pornography, five counts of possession of child pornography and one count of criminal use of a communication facility.

Leonard A. Brown , 30, Philadelphia, is charged with three counts of distribution of child pornography, 20 counts of possession of child pornography and one count of criminal use of a communication facility.

Matthew J. Cullen , 33, Bucks County, is charged with one count each of distribution of child pornography, possession of child pornography and criminal use of a communication facility.

Kyle Davis , 27, Philadelphia, is charged with two counts of distribution of child pornography, 20 counts of possession of child pornography and one count of criminal use of a communication facility.

Victor Marcelo Deanda , 27, Montgomery County, is charged with three counts of distribution of child pornography, 15 counts of possession of child pornography and one count of criminal use of a communication facility.

Ryan Garner , 35, Egg Harbor Township, N.J., is charged with one count each of criminal attempt to commit involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, unlawful contact with a minor, criminal attempt to commit indecent assault and criminal use of a communication facility.

Robert Charles Goodyear , 69, Bucks County, is charged with one count each of distribution of child pornography, possession of child pornography and criminal use of a communication facility.

Tyrone Jones , 45, Philadelphia, is charged with three counts of distribution of child pornography, 20 counts of possession of child pornography and one count of criminal use of a communication facility.

Michael K. Kelly , 42, Montgomery County, is charged with 100 counts of possession of child pornography and one count of criminal use of a communication facility.

Jason Logan , 28, Philadelphia, is charged with one count of distribution of child pornography, three counts of possession of child pornography and one count of criminal use of a communication facility.

Moises Alexis Perez-Gonzalez ,30, Montgomery County, is charged with one count of distribution of child pornography, 20 counts of possession of child pornography and one count of criminal use of a communication facility.

Jaaron Neftali Rinfret , 20, Montgomery County, is charged with two counts of distribution of child pornography, six counts of possession of child pornography and one count of criminal use of a communication facility.

Allan Christopher Smith , 47, Bucks County, is charged with 300 counts of possession of child pornography and one count of criminal use of a communication facility.

Chall Senh Su , 28, Philadelphia, is charged with one count of distribution of child pornography, five counts of possession of child pornography and one count of criminal use of a communication facility.

Andrew John Tafel , 29, Montgomery County, is charged with 33 counts of distribution of child pornography, 100 counts of possession of child pornography and one count of criminal use of a communication facility.
