Phillies pitcher Cole Hamels is selling one of two homes he owns on the same street in Delaware County.
Up for sale is a home at 1001 Brick House Farm Lane in Newtown Square.
According to the listing on AnsteyTeam.com, The six-year-old home has five bedrooms, four full bathrooms, two powder rooms and a three-car attached garage.
If you're interested in seeing it yourself, the property has an open house on Sunday, August 17th from 1 to 3 p.m.
Delaware County property records also show Hamels, and his wife Heidi, are listed as the owners of 1004 Brick House Farm Lane.
Hamels has been the subject of numerous trade rumors over the course of season but, for now, remains an essential part of the Phillies rotation.
