Crash leaves 2 dead in Deptford, New Jersey

DEPTFORD, New Jersey (WPVI) -- A serious crash in Deptford, Gloucester County has claimed the lives of two people on Tuesday, Action News has learned.

It happened around 2 p.m. on the 100 block of Caulfield Avenue.

The driver appears to have slammed into a tree outside a residence on the block.

The victims have not been identified.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
