Pedestrian killed by car on Philadelphia Pike in Wilmington

WILMINGTON, Del. (WPVI) -- Delaware State Police are investigating a fatal car versus pedestrian accident in Wilmington Monday night.

It happened at 5:20 p.m. near the intersection of Philadelphia Pike and Marsh Road.

State Police are in charge of the investigation but have not yet released any details on the victim's identity or who was at fault for the accident.
