WILMINGTON (WPVI) -- The holidays are extra merry for a Wilmington man and his two teenage children after he won $350,000 from the Delaware Lottery's Multi-win Lotto.
The winning ticket was purchased earlier this month at the 7-11 on South Maryland Avenue.
The man wants to remain anonymous, but we know for the last nine years he has been commuting to work in Chester.
When he has a few bucks to spare, he stops by the 7-11 for an iced tea and a lottery ticket.
"His family lives in Jamaica and he's here on his own, so he works full time and sends money back to his family and luckily it was just his turn and he went ahead and won the lottery," said 7-11 employee Omais Siddiqui.
The winner plans to use the money to buy his son a car for college and invest in some property.
