Driver crashes into house in Delaware

Police say a driver could face DUI charges after crashing into a house in Prices Corner, Delaware early Wednesday morning.

The incident happened around 2:00 a.m. on the 2800 block of Ferris Road.

According to police, the driver lost control and ran off the road.

The car then hit a stone embankment and plowed into the front porch of house.

The crash caused moderate damage to the house.

Police say the driver is in custody and is being tested for drugs and alcohol.

The driver was not seriously injured.
