VIDEO: NE Philly teen achieves his Eagle Scout

NORTHEAST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A Northeast Philadelphia teen has achieved a tremendous honor

The Action Cam was there as Kevin O'Brien's family and friends celebrated his achievement as he becomes an Eagle Scout.

O'Brien is a member of troop 367 in the Somerton section.

He reached the impressive status despite a learning disability.
