Apartment fire in Bryn Mawr injures firefighter

BRYN MAWR, Pa. (WPVI) -- An apartment building fire in Bryn Mawr injured one firefighter.

The blaze was reported at 5:45 a.m. Friday in the 800 block of West Lancaster Avenue.

Crews arrived within minutes and made quick work of the blaze.

A firefighter suffered a hand injury. He was treated and released from an area hospital.

No other injuries were reported.

Traffic was detoured around the fire scene as firefighters finished their work.
