Fire damages apartments in Voorhees, N.J.

VOORHEES, N.J. (WPVI) -- Firefighters battled a blaze in Voorhees Township, Camden County.

Police officers first spotted the flames after 3:30 a.m. Tuesday in the 8200 block of Town Center Boulevard.

The fire was located in an upper apartment area above a restaurant.

It took arriving firefighters about 40 minutes to get the blaze under control.

There were no reports of injuries.
