POTTSTOWN, Pa. (WPVI) -- Firefighters battled a multi-alarm blaze in Pottstown that landed one of their own in the hospital.
It broke out after 11:00 p.m. Sunday in a building at the intersection of Walnut and North York Streets.
Firefighters arrived to find heavy flames showing throughout the 2-story building.
Additional alarms were sounded before crews got the upper hand.
A firefighter was taken to an area hospital with injuries said to be non-life-threatening.
No other injuries were reported.
