Man shot and killed in Frankford

FRANKFORD (WPVI) -- A man in his 20s was shot and killed in the Frankford section of Philadelphia.

It happened around 3:00 p.m. Saturday in the 4200 block of Penn Street.

Police say the 25-year-old victim was shot once in the arm.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

No word yet on a motive or any arrests.
