TANNERSVILLE, Pa. (WPVI) -- If you're looking to get into the restaurant business, your big break could be sitting in the Poconos.
The owners of an old diner are giving away the building - and everything inside - for free.
They closed the Diner at Tannersville last year and tried to sell it for $30,000 dollars. However, no buyers came forward so now they've removed the price tag all together.
All you have to do is haul it away!
"I just think it's a shame to demolish something that you know, maybe somebody, some young couple wants to starts a business and this could be their start," said owner, Jim Schiler.
The current owners are hoping whoever takes the diner off their hands will keep it local - and re-open it for generations to enjoy.
Meanwhile, they plan on using the land to build a Harley Davidson dealership.
