Man stabbed in attempted robbery in Germantown

GERMANTOWN (WPVI) -- Police say a man was stabbed during an attempted robbery in Philadelphia's Germantown section late Tuesday night.

The incident happened around 11:10 p.m. outside a home along the 4600 block of Germantown Avenue.

Officers arrived to find the victim stabbed in the stomach.

He was taken to the hospital in stable condition.

So far, there are no suspects in custody.
