Texas police investigating hair pulling incident in Walmart

CLEVELAND, TX -- Police in Cleveland, Texas are investigating a case of possible child endangerment after a woman says she saw a man dragging a little girl through WalMart by her hair.

Erika Burch said she and her husband witnessed it.

"People are telling me I'm wrong for stepping up for this little girl, but you can discipline a a child without dragging them by the hair on their head, especially in WalMart," Erika Burch said.

Cleveland Police are investigating as well as Child Protective Services.
