Haverford Twp. murder suspect returned to area

HAVERFORD TWP., Pa. (WPVI) -- The person arrested for murdering a man in Haverford Township is back in the Philadelphia area.

U.S. Marshals captured 24-year-old Derrick Rollins more than two weeks ago in Georgia.

Police say Rollins killed 29-year-old John Le in Haverford Township on July 29th.

Philadelphia Police also accuse Rollins of firing a gun at people in the city's Overbrook Park section that same day.

Police say Rollins will face a judge in Philadelphia, then be taken to Delaware County to be formally charged in Le's murder.
