Man gets 14 years in health fraud scheme
A judge sentenced Matthew Kolodesh to more than 14.5 years in prison.

CHURCHVILLE, Pa. (WPVI) -- A federal judge sentenced Matthew Kolodesh to more than 14.5 years in prison for orchestrating a health fraud scheme.



Kolodesh of Churchville, Bucks County was also ordered to pay more than $32-million in restitution.



Kolodesh owned the Home Care Hospice in Northeast Philadelphia.



He billed Medicare for services he didn't do or provided patients who were ineligible to receive them.
