CLEVELAND, Ohio (WPVI) -- There's a new germ-fighter on the market - it's a paint.
Sherwin-Williams has created Paint Shield, which it says kills 99-point-9 percent of bacteria such as staph, E. Coli, and MRSA.
The paint has earned an E-P-A certification for its germ-fighting powers.
The company says it could be used for walls in medical facilities, locker rooms, schools and cruise ships.
But Paint Shield Is pricey - almost 85 dollars a gallon.
That's more than twice the price of conventional paint.
Conventional Sherwin-Williams wall paints range from $29.99 to $75.
