Irregular heartbeat may increase the risk of dementia

An irregular heartbeat could increase your risk of developing dementia.

A new study in Sweden finds that atrial fibrillation raises the overall risk of the brain-robbing disease by 40-percent.

However, researchers discovered that treating it with blood thinners appears to reduce that risk.
