PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The most common shoveling injury is a strain or sprain to your back, and Wednesday's snow is the type that can get you into trouble.
The biggest mistake people make is bending from the waist, lifting and then twisting to throw snow.
Instead, bend at the knees, and try to push the snow. If you have to turn, move your feet. Don't twist your body.
