High winds topple tree onto car, driver trapped

High winds may be the cause of a large tree falling onto a car in Beverly Hills, California.

The driver of the Mercedes sedan was trapped for a time until firefighters were able to free him.

It is unknown what injures he suffered, but he was taken into an ambulance to the hospital.

The high winds in the area also caused a power outage.
