1 dead in Honey Brook house fire

HONEY BROOK, Pa. (WPVI) -- One person is dead after a house fire Tuesday in Chester County.

It happened just after 10:00 a.m. on Water Street in Honey Brook.

Firefighters say they got the flames under control in about 45 minutes.

But once they got inside, they found a body.

Authorities have not released the victim's name.

They're also still trying to figure out what started the flames.
