NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Officials say an unoccupied house collapsed in North Philadelphia Saturday morning.
The incident happened just before 11:00 a.m. on the 3100 block of Stillman Street.
An adjacent property suffered minor damage.
Neighbors told police that no one lived in the house.
There were no reports of injuries.
PGW and Licenses and Inspections were notified about the collapse.
West Allegheny Avenue is closed between 25th and 26th street, officials say.
