PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Though the exact track of Hurricane Joaquin remains highly uncertain, emergency officials are reminding you to be ready just in case.
In fact, many communities along the shore should prepare for flooding even before Joaquin hits.
"People living in communities threatened by heavy rains or the potential path of Joaquin should keep informed about weather conditions and get prepared now," said Judge Rene Cardwell Hughes, CEO, Eastern Pennsylvania Region of the American Red Cross.
