SEA ISLE CITY, N.J. (WPVI) -- If you're hoping to rent a home this summer, realtors say you better get moving.
That's because many of the rental properties at popular shore towns, like Sea Isle City, are already taken.
However, agents say with a boom in new construction over the past few years, vacationers still have options.
Some say they still have many homes boasting five and six bedrooms - complete with deck space and garages.
But if you haven't even started looking yet, time is running out.
"Now that the weather is turning, we're definitely getting busier. Now is the time to get down here if you want selection," said Drew Fasy, realtor.
Realtors add that if it's possible, it's best to visit the towns to see potential rentals in person.
But if that's not doable, you can check out a majority of the listings online.
