3 injured in Kensington apartment fire above Boost Mobile store

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Three people were injured in an apartment fire in the Kensington section of Philadelphia.

It happened around 3 a.m. Tuesday on Kensington Avenue and Somerset Street.

Officials said the flames originated from a Boost Mobile store underneath the apartments.

Two men and a woman suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

The fire marshal is investigating how the fire started.
