A second prep school graduate has been sentenced to five to 15 years in prison after pleading guilty in a ring selling drugs to high school and college students in the affluent Main Line suburbs of Philadelphia.
25-year-old Neil Scott of Paoli pleaded guilty Tuesday in Montgomery County to felony possession with intent to deliver marijuana, cocaine and ecstasy as well as corrupt organization and conspiracy charges.
Nineteen-year-old Timothy Brooks of Villanova is awaiting sentencing after pleading guilty to similar charges last month.
Prosecutors said the two recruited and supplied dealers with marijuana, cocaine, and other drugs.
