Man seriously wounded in Camden shooting

CAMDEN, N.J. (WPVI) -- Police say a 36-year-old man was seriously wounded in a shooting in Camden, New Jersey.

The shooting happened around 2:50 a.m. Saturday on the 2700 block of Federal Street.

The victim was shot once in the thigh and once in the hand.

He was taken to Cooper University Hospital for treatment.

So far, there is no word on what sparked the shooting.

The victim's name has not been released.
