There's a tremendous amount of community support rallying behind a Delaware County salon owner.

There's a tremendous amount of community support rallying behind a Delaware County salon owner.

49-year-old Marc Voci has donated his time and talent to countless people, including Hurricane Sandy victims and veterans.

His last charitable moment was for Mother's Day in May

"He has a student come in and write a letter about her mom and surprises her," said his wife, Michelle. "It's so nice."

But roughly two weeks later, he was diagnosed with stage 3 brain cancer.

Doctors were able to surgically remove one tumor ...But there's still another one that can only be treated with chemotherapy and radiation.

"I believe in my heart I am going to make it happen. God is going to help me and I am going to be okay," Mark said.

The father of two was forced to close his Folsom, Pa. salon while he focuses on his health.

"The medical costs coupled with the loss of a salary has been pretty devastating for us," Michelle said.

So now, the community so used to receiving Voci's help and support is repaying him.

"He has had a hard time taking because he is so used to giving," Michelle said.

While he has a long road to recovery ahead of him, Mark says he's anxious to get back to his life.
