Minnesota is battling the worst Measles outbreak in nearly 30 years.

Most of the children infected are UN-vaccinated and are Somali-Americans.

Health officials say misinformation led to a poor vaccination rate for this population.

There are 48 confirmed cases of Measles in the state.

It is highly contagious so they're working to limit its spread.

The measles can cause severe illness, even brain damage.

The best defense is the MMR vaccine.
